To provide our customers with peace of mind and to demonstrate our commitment to responsible practices, Business Reduction Services (NW) Limited is registered with Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. DRO is an independent not-for-profit organisation which raises standards and is approved by the government to provide alternative dispute resolution services. We follow their Code of Practice which provides our customers with additional protection if things go wrong. HOW TO RAISE A COMPLAINT
If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our agreement, please contact our complaints department on 01772 973186 .
We will try to resolve any issues that you have as quickly as possible and if necessary, we will explain how to follow our complaints procedure which you can also find below:
Step 1: You can raise your complaint by phone, email or letter. Once your complaint has been received, we will send you a Complaint Reference Number within 1 working day. All our contact information can be found either to the right or at the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Our complaints team will begin a full investigation, and we aim to complete this within 3 working days. Once completed, we will be in touch to discuss our findings and next steps.
Step 3: We will work with you to reach an agreeable resolution.

If you remain unhappy with our final response, or it has been 8 weeks since your first complaint and you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to Dispute Resolution Ombudsman (DRO) who will investigate your complaint independently.
